Requirements for Admission
To be admitted to Consolata International University, all candidates must satisfy the following four criteria. Our admissions team is available to guide you through every step.
Academic Qualifications
Candidates must have completed Secondary Education in their respective country and obtained the qualifications necessary to join a university or diploma institution.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
- A-Level or equivalent overseas qualification
- University or diploma institution entry standard
Endorsement & Sponsorship
All applicants must be formally presented or recommended by a recognized spiritual or community authority.
- Religious: letter from your Superior or Bishop
- Diocesan clergy: Bishop’s presentation letter
- Lay applicants: letter from Parish Priest or recognized authority
English Proficiency
A good command of English is required, attested by an academic qualification or an approved proficiency test.
- Grade C or above in KCSE English, or equivalent
- If insufficient: English preparatory course (CLC)
- Special test may apply: TOEFL or PITMAN
Completed Application
Submit a fully completed application form with all required documents before the applicable intake deadline.
- Deadline: end of June (first intake)
- Second intake: beginning of August
- Names must match official ID documents throughout

Download or collect the official application form from the Office of the Registrar or apply online through our portal.
Gather Documents
Assemble all required certified copies and supporting letters before completing the form to avoid delays.
Submit Before Deadline
Return your completed form and documents by the end of June for the first intake, or early August for the second.
Await Notification
The Registrar’s office will review your application and contact you with the outcome and next steps.
